Monitoring of the environmental services payment program and business literacy training for community enterprises was conducted from June 13–15, 2023, at the Village Hall Office in Telaga Village. Participants included members of the “Harapan Maju” Amplang group, the “Barigas” traditional medicinal plants (TOGA) group, and members of LPHD Telaga.
The training focused on strengthening the groups' skills in business strategy, financial management, and marketing using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, as well as leadership skills through public speaking. The training also aimed to provide participants with an understanding of how to optimize their business models — including identifying strengths and weaknesses, and learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and business competitiveness.
The training activities provided participants with opportunities to collaborate and share experiences and knowledge. This created a dynamic learning environment where participants could inspire and support one another in building successful business models.
